Join the Little Green Pigeon & NPAA Team
Building a compassionate future for pigeons across the UK
At Little Green Pigeon (LGP) and the National Pigeon Advocacy Association (NPAA), our mission is to protect, care for, and advocate for pigeons across the UK. We are growing fast and are looking for passionate, organised, and creative volunteers to help us make a real difference.
We have a number of volunteer roles available across the following groups/capacity:
- Street Outreach
- Fundraising
- Education
- NPAA SOCIALS - Instagram/facebook/patreon/substack/Threads etc
- Pigeon Adoption UK
- Content Creation
- Legal
as well as Team Leader positions for each area.
Volunteers do not need to go through a formal interview process; however, we do ask that you attend a short Zoom meeting to introduce yourself and have an informal chat with our Director or a Team Leader. We work to strict Ethical standards so each volunteer would need to go through a training process at the start of working with us.
Please email npaavolunteer@gmail.com arrange this.
Interviews for Team Leader roles are taking place throughout April, so please get in touch as soon as possible.
All roles are voluntary for now, with the goal of becoming paid positions within the next 12 months as funding increases.
Time Commitment: Currently, each role requires 5–10 hours per month, with the opportunity to grow to full-time as funding and resources become available.
